Would you like to live in Spain? Here we explain you how we can help you to ask a non lucrative residence autorisation to live in Spain. This residence is for those who have enough money to live WITHOUT WORKING IN SPAIN.

First of all, the application will be submitted by the interested person in the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your country.  We manage everything but the date of the appointment the applicant should be in person at the spanish office.

 

Main requirements for this application:

• The applicant should proof have enought economic resources or funds to live in Spain without working.-  Bank certificate with mínimum 30.000€uros per one year ( even this is the mínimum we recommend to provide a recent certificate with more funds and the amount should be in EUROS).
• The applicant should not be condemned by the Spanish authorities neither by his country. Police attestation should be provided from the last five year residence duly legalisated.
• Health insurance duly recognised in Spain.
• Health certificate.
